People want to come to work everyday and feel a sense of achievement, purpose and personal growth.Although everyday 'stuff' may get in the way, fundamentally people want to develop and grow...and do so whilst having fun.I love helping people 'win' in whatever context they are working within...becoming a great leader, a high performing sales person, a coach or just learning more about their passion around wine...and it's rewarding working with people to help them realise their potential.With 35+ years corporate experience in the fields of Hospitality, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Sales and Change...I take a very pragmatic approach to supporting people simply and directly.In addition, as a consultant wine educator I provide wine tasting events for the corporate sector, either as formal education sessions, investment and cellaring advice or tasting 'masterclasses'. I also support a range of retailers supporting them with wine knowledge, customer service and selling skills to grow to their revenue, brand and customer base.
