As proposal manager, I am responsible for:- Sales and sales support - specification reviews - SOR/SRR management - proposal development - business development - sales training and customer support - pre-sales inquiries and technical support - project pricing assistance - product documentation  Bid tendering management and response to tender based inquiries RFP/RFQ Reviewing RFQ’s with opportunity stakeholders and confirming path forward with client. Review Customer Requirements and define proposed solution alongside Subject Matter Experts• Generate a proposal activities schedule/plan with milestone dates• Generate Price and Delivery (P&D) and/or Statement of Work (SOW) • Identify project risks, define mitigation plans and include in the cost estimates Calculate the qualitative & quantitative value of the proposal offering Skilled in liaising with customer, consultants, internal departments and vendors to satisfactorily manage customer’s order• Prepare accelerated Rough Order of Magnitude prices of complex bids without involving other departments Extensive sales experience working with domestic and EPC construction managementPrimary Responsibilities• Proposal queue management and managing opportunity pipeline using SalesForce TM• Participating in the ‘Strategic Visioning’ and proposal planning including:o Commercial, risk assessmento technical reviews prior to submission• Managing and coordinating the execution of the Proposal Plan jointly with estimating team• Prepare and produce highly structured proposals in line with the Company’s commercial and technical objectives• T&C review with appropriate internal parties• Incorporate comments and clarifications and review as required• Leveraging correct input from proposal stakeholders: Engineering, Estimation, Planning, production) in order to provide high value added proposals to customers on time• Sales, service, and technical support for value added solutions increasing equipment performance • Customer Value Proposition• Collaborating with other third party resources and field contractors • Obtaining various levels of approval within the company prior to submission• Conducting internal transfer meetings to the Projects group
