Diagnose and mitigate issues related to VMWare and Hyper-V virtual environments.Setup, troubleshoot, and repair Site to Site Disaster Recovery replication.Contact customers and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

A broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to); repair of equipment in house and in the field; Customer support via phone, email, and online systems; work with onsite IT staff to establish and maintain networked connections with Windows OS systems; work with Biomedical departments on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the medical equipment. Visit onsite as needed to assist and train on the repairs. Create service guides to aide in the maintenance and repairs needed on the equipment.Manage the department to ensure customer response times are met for help ticket system; daily, weekly, and monthly tasks meet our goals; inventory is accurate; and forms are filled out properly for ISO 13485 Quality System conformance.Worked daily with Windows Mobile 5/6, Windows CE, and Windows 7 platforms in the field, along with Windows 8/MAC OS and iOS phones/tablets in house.

Ran the operations of the amusement side of Dave and Buster's location. The duties included keeping the games, bowling alleys, billiard tables, show rooms, and other revenue generating attractions operational. Hiring, training, and scheduling a staff to place in these positions, and oversee them to ensure the work was carried out to our standards. Maintain inventory of the prizes redeemed by customers for the tickets they won... from doing cycle counts on a regular basis, to ensuring product was ordered, on hand, and in stock. Communicating with vendors to keep track of the timelines of stock, or status of various equipment out for repair. All while staying withing the budget allotted to me by the General Manager.

Phone support for various product lines we manufactured. Toward the end of my career I was advanced to R&D where I worked with the engineers developing new game lines, and was tasked with designing wiring harnesses to go from the electronics to various components such as motors, sensors, buttons, etc. I also was responsible for developing assembly guides and training the production crews when the finalized prototypes were released to production.
