About Tony Proctor

I am with Uniting WA as a Senior Case Worker with the Intensive Family Services Team. I am excited and grateful to be part of an Awesome Team supporting families to overcome their personal challenges, so they are able to have healthy relationships and stay together if possible. Re- educating Male Domestic Violent offenders is part of my role, helping men accept responsibility and accountability for their use of violence against their Partners and Children. Men are made aware of the many barriers they need to overcome before they can successfully use the new skills and strategies to stop their use of violence. Previously I was a Program Facilitator/Case Manager with the Communicare Breathing Space Men's Behaviour Change Program this is an awesome 6-month program that has helped some men re-connect to their families, some men have gone on and have healthy relationships complete training and find employment. Group work is not for everyone it is important to find what will work for the individual. I continue to refer suitable clients to this wonderful program.I have experience in the Justice System as a Program Facilitator/Case Manager delivering Parenting and Stopping Violence programs supporting men to re-integrate safely back into the community.
