• Initiate immunization program and guide the company from zero to 100% certified immunizers.

• Manage a high volume, automated prescription central fulfillment facility for retail stores.
• This facility was leveraged to implement a Mail Order business operating in 39 states, a retail specialty drug component and a prescription fulfillment kiosk located in businesses, hospitals, stores and doctor’s offices.
• Direct supervision of a multilevel management team including facility managers and pharmacists.

Responsibilities included the supervision of Retail Pharmacy Departments in the core region of the Company. Provided leadership and development while improving standards, execution and service at a retail level.
