I am currently dedicated to the field of peace activism and social change. My roles include Director of the Middle East Treaty Organisation (METO), Coordinating Committee member of Abolition 2000 - the Global Network to Eliminate Nuclear Weapons and Editor for Pressenza International Press Agency. I have also written a book, "Coffee with Silo and the Quest for Meaning in Life" and produced a documentary film, "The Beginning of the End of Nuclear Weapons"Before dedicating myself to my passions above, I have a background as an IT guy in the telecomms industry. I worked in the industry since its inception in the UK, in that time we changed systems a million times, repeatedly migrated data, survived the year 2000 and changed currency across the eurozone, added thousands of new services and products, and learnt everything from scratch, often by trial and error before quality standards were in place, and much, much more.
