Responsible for process simulation to validate safety, cycle-time, and through-put. Using various simulation tools including ABB's RobotStudio, Robcad and Process Simulate. I have experience with many Body-in-White and Paint applications as well as robotic washing, vision inspection and material handling. Some recent experiences have included working in the assembly and processing of various components for electric vehicles as well as robotic washers for engine and transmission parts, underbody and interior seam sealing and coating, body and bumper painting, and onsite customer support and training with RobotStudio.

Robcad Simulation from processing stages through to program downloads and installation support. Utilized ABB, Nachi, Comau, and Fanuc robots in BiW welding and material handling applications. End customers included Chrysler, Fiat and Ford.

Simulation resource at ABB in Auburn Hills, MI. Using various simulation packages including Robcad, Delmia, and ABB's Robot Studio I validated processes in welding, material handling, sealing, roller hemming, washing/deburring, painting/coating, vision solutions, etc. While a large part of the work was automotive, there were also experiences with trains, planes, tractors, heavy equipment, and other general industry applications. Often the simulations would result in Offline Programs (OLPs) that were handed off and loaded directly to the robots involved in the applications.

Started as a contractor and came direct in Sept. '99. Let go for a few months in May '01, did some contract work and then came back in Oct. '01.
