Head of Digital Replication at Ministry Of Defence, Defence Geographic Centre, Feltham. I managed the rapid replication and pre-press functions of Replication Branch in the Dissemination Division.

Having trained as a conventional cartographer and then as an instructor, I took over as Head of Functional Training at the DGC to undertake classroom style instruction for newly recruited staff to the Geospatial profession. Following a break from the Civil Service in 2007 - 2009, I rejoined the MOD and was responsible for the UK MOD's database of vertical obstructions. I am now Head of Digital Replication, responsible for DGC's print on demand process which provides Defence with it's hardcopy geospatial information required to perform planning, training and operations.

As the Training Consultant I was responsible for the planning, design and delivery of all Tiger Eye Consulting (TEC) training courses for our customer base in the legal and corporate legal market. Clients that I have trained include; Fox Williams LLP, Starr and Partners LLP, Burton Copeland BCL, Powell Gilbert LLP, Schillings LLP and corporate legal such as Bradford & Bingley, Alliance and Leicester and Smith and Nephew . I developed a range of generic courses which varied from simple end user training to more refined ‘advanced’ training sessions which included ‘hands on’ operator courses for software such as Workshare Professional User, DocsCorp pdfDocs User, and other more technical sessions associated with Document Management Systems (DMS).As Project Manager for all of TEC’s ongoing customer projects I oversaw the solution design, customization and implementation of enterprise content management systems utilizing the Interwoven Worksite suite of software. I provided consultancy advice on database design and configuration for new clients, software demonstrations and VMWare builds.
