Initial fundraising of up to $500 million will emphasize accelerating growth, advancing sustainability, and propelling employment within the middle market. We intend to close on the initial Fund when the security situation improves and the investment climate is sufficiently stable, and in the meantime, UAF will be working with investors on a deal-by-deal basis.
