This mobility solution provided “sign on glass” Proof Of Delivery (POD) for all 1,600 drivers over 34 depots nationally. This was delivered with no impact on customer service, delivered on time and on budget and greatly accepted by all staff.Lead the national change management process through the merge of 2 companies.
