- The L&L division of Milwaukee Tool encompasses a wide range of lighting and equipment. My leadership provided the design team with the tools they needed to succeed, and ensured that the department was meeting its.
- Drove a consistent level of project execution with over 30 SKUs completed within 22 months of my addition to the team. 20 more are in the hopper for completion in early 2024.
- Led team to deliver a new to the world innovative lighting solution to design execution within two years- a new record for MT, and seen as a great example of corporate processes working correctly.
- Design team earned industry awards for their work in personal lighting. Full team earned over 10 design and development awards in 2022 alone.
- Developed a junior team of eight. Grew team to 12 and promoted three designers. Central contributor to bringing overall team size from 30 to 60 designers within two years.
- Created and Expanded the Apparel Design team. Added 3 apparel designers who were then folded into a new department as a direct result of my contributions.
