Current• Train new and existing agent’s accurately on company policies. • Responsible for developing individual’s skill sets based on company expectations. • Monitor individual’s performance and implement techniques for success. • Communicate between pharmacies and members to satisfy both parties. • Maintain profiles and documentation on individuals, payroll, and billing. • Communicate with operations managers pertaining to agents, SME, and HR. • Supervise personal teams from 18 to 25 people. • Supervisor up to 200 individuals on the floor at one time. • Create excel reports on a daily bases for company productivity. • Create inventory reports. • Train new hire employees on all systems and updates. • Create reports for forecasting.
