I am a highly experienced Programme and Operations Director with a strong commercial background, specializing in business transformation and digital services. With a career spanning over 35 years, I've successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and turned around failing projects. I graduated from the Cabinet Office Major Project Leadership Academy and currently serve as an Infrastructure Project Authority Team Leader, assuring high-risk government programs/projects.In recognition of my contributions to digital public services, I was honored with an OBE in 2014.
