Pineapple production covered all aspects of farming, from soil preperation to marketing, from fertiliser purchasing to application, from staff management to transport and logistics, sole responsibility for the finances, for the financing of machinery and production financing. I was responsible for marketing, comunicating with procurement personel and sales of product. I was responsible for the production of beef cattle. This entailed all aspects of cattle production in Africa! The game farming entailed producing top quality trophy animals and acting as outfitter for profesional hunters from all over the world.
