My duties include:General duties• Ensure that solarZero’s fleet of energy assets are correctly commissioned and configured to deliver optimal value to customers. • Undertake technical troubleshooting and work with field services teams to rectify problems. • Analysis of detailed energy data to identify emerging problems and to identify solutions Continuous Improvement• Proactively recommend process efficiencies and solutions for improving fleet management• Work to improve the standard configuration of systems to optimise customer value• Identify potential improvements to installation process and / or hardware design to improve commissioning or operation of systems• Identify potential improvements to the fleet management platformSystem Configuration• Provide system activation support to installers• Ensure that all systems are correctly commissioned into the fleet management system• Ensure that systems are configured correctly to support individual customers energy usage patterns• Configure systems to respond to participation in demand response programsSystem Monitoring and Remediation• Identify systems that are not working correctly• Work with customers to resolve issues where required• Work with field service providers to resolve problems on siteData Analysis and Insights• Undertake detailed analysis using various analytic tools to understand the overall performance of the fleet and to identify systems operating outside of expected performance criteria.• Recommend changes to system operating parameters to improve performance of the fleet

My main responsibilities include:• Estimating using IP laser software, produce quotes for clients in an accurate and timely manner, documenting the files and maintaining the spreadsheet• Managing a team of 5 people on shop-floor• Read and interpret drawings, edit CAD files, nesting for processing.• Designing using NanoCAD , SolidWorks, Draftsight, OMAX Layout, Dr ABE Tube• Production planning, Scheduling and review for improvement with operator and designer. • Job scheduling to ensure maximum efficiency of machines.• Customer dealing• Liaison with clients

My main responsibilities include:• Operation of a CNC water jet machine• Doing maintenance on waterjet machine, pump, hopper etc.• Deburring of parts• Labelling and packaging• Finishing job as per the schedule • Design small parts using AutoCAD• Basic nesting of parts
