I am in the people business. I have been told that my people skills are my super powers. I have always been able to find something with people that we have incommon and go from there. I am not shy. I can start a conversation with a complete stranger. I have come to realize that this is do to the fact that I was born with a birth injury in my arms that caused me to have to adapt how I do certain tasks that other take for granted. I was told by a doctor that I saw that I was an adapter. Someone that can always find ways to get things accomplished. Adapting is a state of mind. Always looking at your or others streangths more than their weaknesses. Looking at what can be done more than what cannot. I have over 15 years of economic development experience as the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Montcalm Economic Alliance. While there I worked with a wide variety of people.
