Starfire TV, an independent sports production company, was a highly experience production, media & management and marketing company.Key Achievements:1. West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Tournaments: Starfire TV spearheaded the facilitation of host broadcasting and technical facilities for numerous international regional tournaments organised by the WICB, enhancing the viewing experience for cricket enthusiasts worldwide.2. London 2012 Olympics Media Centre: At the iconic London 2012 Olympics, Starfire TV collaborated with Westfield Stratford to establish a dedicated Media Centre at the doorstep of the Olympic Park. This innovative initiative provided a hub for both rights and non-rights holding journalists and media organisations. The bespoke Digital Newsroom, revolutionised content accessibility, enabling broadcasters like BBC News, CNN, Fox, Sky News, and India Today to access a plethora of produced content via an extranet service. Starfire TV designed exclusive media filming areas, offering broadcasters controlled environments for on-camera presentations.3. Tencent China Production Operations: Starfire TV's expertise extended to providing host broadcast and site venue facilities and logistics for Tencent China, China's largest internet portal, during London 2012. International Judo Federation (IJF) App: Collaborating with the IJF, we conceptualised and developed a dynamic App that revolutionised sports education. Utilising 3D motion capture technology and animation, the App showcased over 110 technical moves, offering judo enthusiasts an immersive learning experience. Having spent over 11 years working with a major sports rights, production and marketing company, in 2004 I started up Century. Based on the success of being Executive Producer/Host Broadcaster to the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003 I successfully set up an independent television production company. I immediately secured an exclusive contract with a commercial division of NewsCorp to manage and Host Broadcast and Executive Produce all ICC cricket events between 2004 and 2007 including two ICC Champions Trophy events, an U19 Cricket World Cup and the prestigious 2007 ICC Cricket World Cup hosted across 7 islands in the the West Indies.During the term I worked with a whole series of global sports federations and rights holders from the FA Premier League, FIFA, FIBA, BWF to name a few and travelled extensively.I produced a number of government conferences which provided phenomenal exposure to a number of government and global dignitaries from US President Obama, former President Chavez from Venezuela and filmed the late Queen Elizabeth II on several occasions. Producing and managing content where global heads of state are in attendance requires high communication skills, and experience of managing people in some very delicate situations.I worked for billionaires and multi-millionaires in executing projects and events, and designed commercial strategies in order to ensure that they were successfully delivered to a global audience.

Octagon CSI (formerly CSI) were a major global sports marketing agency. Distributing and representing a number of global sports federations and governing bodies including the FA Premier League, Football Association, the Cricket Boards of South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Zimbabwe and England. The company represented a number of other federations too.I initially commenced as Manager, Broadcast Services at the commencement of the FA Premier League. I created the first digital fully encrypted satellite service, where matches were broadcast globally in a safe and secure manor guaranteeing protection for both the Premier League and CSI. The principles of this system are still applied today to the Premier League, though obviously technology has considerably moved on.I worked on numerous England Internationals, FA Cup, Copa Americas in Uruguay and Bolivia, World Superbikes and spent 3 years working and managing the production of the Hong kong Sevens.In the mid 1990's I had my first taste of cricket production with international tours in Kenya, Zimbabwe and South Africa. I went onto produce and manage a large volume of cricket tours within these countries and went onto be Broadcast Manager to the 1999 ICC Cricket World Cup.In 2000 I took up a more commercial role to develop international business and production and was successful in supporting the company in a number of commercial tenders. In 2002, with less than a year to go before the event commenced, I successfully won a Newscorp tender for the Host Broadcast production of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2003. This required production of over 54 matches in 3 countries, covering 17 venues and involved 7 dedicated OB units with 5 dedicated production and executive production teams. The success of the production of this event was commendable considering the limitations of the timeframes, challenges from a number of venues, the political situation within Zimbabwe and strong demands from broadcasters.
