Currently working as an Agile Coach & Facilitator for CapGemini, delivering in the government and utilities markets. Previously a Scrum Master and Product Owner for Rolls Royce in Derby, enabling teams in the UK, Canada, Asia and the US embed Agile and Scrum principles into their daily workflow.Skilled in Agile, Scrum, Lean and Waterfall approaches and qualifications including ICAgile, PSM II, PSPO, APM and ITIL.I am a certified Life Coach, Lego Serious Play Facilitator as well as a Vocal Coach for singers and speaking clients.I'm a constant learner and love to see what new practices and delivery mechanisms are being used in the wider Agile community. In a previous life I toured with and photographed a number of well known artists as well as creating live show audio visual content and videos for social media. I still enjoy delivering AV content for dance & theatre company shows in Derbyshire. My passion is to make things work for others, deliver innovations that make life easier and allow time to watch the world grow into something special.
