Manage consulting engagements for NE National Accounts. This includes:> Providing oversight for all consulting projects> Managing project financial performance > Ensuring engagements meet and/or exceed customer expectations> Leveraging engagements to increase consulting business and revenue> Act as primary services contact between client executives and Oracle account and practice teams> Assist client executives with framing solutions to meet their business objectives> Performing financial modeling to support pre-sales and active engagements> Providing revenue forecasting to support quarterly revenue targets> Proactively communicating delivery issues and suggested resolutions across Oracle management teams.

Responsible for project implementation within named accounts in Eastern US. Responsibilities included: resource management of all project managers in Eastern US; ownership of all projects within the Eastern named accounts; staffing and solution deployment for projects; project financial management; customer satisfaction; and follow-on business.

Responsible for US Sales, and Worldwide Delivery of Professional Services, as well as pre-sales technical support for customer engagements. Managed alliances for key partners, such as Cisco Systems, Expanets and SBC. Also responsible for engagement P&L, customer satisfaction, and vendor partnership management.

Responsible for all Network consulting services and presales support for Network products in the Mid Atlantic, Federal Government, Southeast Regions, and Latin America. Responsibilities included: selling network services, managing delivery engagements, managing NCR partners and third party consultants, managing financial performance, meeting consultant utilization goals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Also responsible for employee excellence through administration of personal development plans.

Responsible for all system and application integration (SI) business within the Philadelphia District, covering Pennsylvania, South Jersey, Delaware and West Virginia. Responsibilities included the selling and delivery of SI projects and consulting services; financial performance for engagements, P&L for district, and employee utilization and development.
