◦ Responsible for monitoring day to day shift wise activities carried out by Team leader and QC inspectors and report the deviations.◦ Verify all the inspection reports for the previous day and send a report to Asst. Manager / Manager- QA & QC.◦ Verify the shift communication report of Team leader and QC- Inspectors and respond to the issues.◦ Responsible for calibration of all equipment’s and updating the same.◦ Prepare the data required for NCGR (incoming), PNCR (in process) and investigation report and maintain register.◦ Provide details for CAPA analysis for the customer complaints received.◦ Customer samples inward and outward records to be maintained.◦ Responsible for maintaining customer property.◦ Art work verification and reporting whenever required.◦ Giving training to the team members as per schedule.◦ Periodical patrol inspection at the production area regarding QC inspection and report the same.◦ Conduct process validation as per schedule and responsible for maintaining 5s in QC lab.◦ Identify and reject the material that is not meeting the customer requirements◦ Preparing shift schedule and managing department activities◦ Training new QC inspectors and improving their skill level
