I have trained the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service program to learners in businesses across Merseyside. I also liaised with businesses from a marketing standpoint and produced a feasibility study for a potential training provider.

I delivered top quality WorldHost training to maximise customer service in retail throughout the North West and I also plan and deliver Retail courses to the unemployed, giving them the skills and tools they need to get in to the Retail workplace. In this role I have worked with Liverpool ONE, Chester Cathedral and Bootle Strand Shopping Centre amongst others.

Having a raft of sales targets to achieve across a range of KPIs, I was constantly under pressure to perform well in my sales performance, which I did. I also had the camera department to run, which needed price points maintaining and general presentation standards as high as possible.

Here I ran after-school science clubs for upto 25 pupils in Primary Schools from Nantwich to Chester. I was solely in charge of the wellbeing of my pupils and ensuring all knew their activities and what they needed to do, which has involved ensuring that year 1 and year 6 pupils are equally engaged. Throughout my time at Mad Science I would also run whole school assemblies for up to 450 children, performing large scale experiments and thereby promoting the clubs to the children and showing them how fun and interesting science can be.
