• Manage over 100 units in Edmonton Downtown and Spruce Grove • Respond to phone and fax inquiries from Tenant and provide current renting information• Maintain lease and contract files as well as other files located within the property management office • Review, prepare and code monthly utilities bill for tenant • Ensure that all rents and late fees/check and parking charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner• Perform related clerical duties, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing, scanning and photocopying • Arrange any needed repairs, pay any municipal bills, answer resident concerns
