20+ years of commercial and industrial experience with installation coordination, operational review, fine tuning and commisioning of HVAC systems. I started in the HVAC industry in 1999 as shop and field production mechanic, within 1 year I was transferred to a technician position and started adjusting large scale HVAC systems at Cisco Systems and other major tech firms in San Jose, CA. Throughout the next several years I gained experience and certifications that would allow me to run major projects, listed below; *Hospital ground up projects such as Sutter Health in Castro Valley CA., or Kaiser Santa Clara, CA.*Major Tech (Google, Apple, Amazon) large scale office and R&D/production both ground up and TI projects as a superintendent.*Biotech projects for (Genentech, Abbot, Danaher, Intuitive Surgical) Ground up and TI projects as a superintendent.My superintendent position at California United Mechanical included design review, installation review and final working condition review. I was able to make suggestions that were implemented to help eliminate potential issues and was also able to make suggestions that solved issues that came up after he systems were installed. My hope is continue to help construction projects move forward in the most efficient manor both in regards to smooth coordination/installation and lower overall energy costs for the final product.
