Crane Payment Innovations (CPI) is a subsidiary of Crane Co. CPI is a world leader in the design and manufacture of cash and cashless payment hardware. Our products can be found in Vending, Gaming, Financial Services, Retail and Transport environment globally.Responsibilities include: - Providing technical support for CPI products which include telemetry devices, third party Vending Management System (VMS), credit card readers, coin and note validators and recylers - Conduct site inspections of CPI Products, provide detailed report and analysis of visits including suggestive actions. - Process potential field issues from information received, analyse and create SFDC case for engineering support and tracking purposes. - Liase with customers to provide effective solutions in a timely manner. - Integration support for OEMs. - Provide direct support and training to bench level as well as field technicians at Approved Service Centres (ASCs) to repair CPI products. - Create manuals and documentations such as repair documentation for ASC use, field, OEM and Service bulletins. - Beta trial support. - Product development and enhancement - Product Training.

Responsibilities include: - Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM) on field products - Receive and respond to breakdowns of products in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Attend commissioning, oversee installations and provide hands on training for end user. - Provide technical support to customers and fellow colleagues through emails, phone and face to face.

Involved in all aspects of simulation in Health and nursing. Responsibilities include: - Program, troubleshoot and carry out maintenance on various simulation manikins from neonatal to adults. - Collaborate and offer technical assistance to both academics, students and external partners in various areas of simulation. - Research, design, build and install various equipments in order to maximise realism in the simulation environment. - Research and keep up to date with current technological trends and ideas relating to simulation. - Communicate with various stakeholders including, academics, students, members of other departments within the university as well as external partners.

Involved in all aspects of retail including customer service, stock replenishment, inventory tracking and ordering.Throughtout my 4 and a half years service. I was a team member in the timber and building section. Therefore I had the chance to deal with both DIYers as well as Commercial Tradesman.Became a timber expert in 2015 after numerous trainings and evidence of knowledge. I was the recipient of customer service award on numerous occasions.
