Mr. Webber has over 25 years international and domestic experience as an executive for fortune 100 companies along with owning his own companies in the USA & internationally.Mr. Webber has been in the electronic security for most of his professional career with over twenty years of experience. Mr. Webber started his career with Capricorn Electronics, a wireless security products company by being involved from the design and manufacturing of equipment to distribution throughout the United States in the early 1980's. Mr. Webber than became sales manager for Westec Security, a Southern California based company owned by its parent Secom of Japan the worlds largest security holding corporation until the acquisition by Edison Southern California . With Mr. Webber's successful tenure as manager in the residential security market he was recruited by Multimedia Security, a Wichita based corporation owned by Gannet to assume the role of VP of Sales overseeing multiple offices throughout the United States with a customer base of over 100,000 customers. When Gannet decided to sell the division to Protection One Mr. Webber set off on his own to start a national security company called Protection Now. His international business experience and daily hands on operation of the company accelerated Protection Now's growth to over 6000 customers in its short tenure to become an acquisition target from ADT.Since Mr. Webber's sale of Protection Now he has resided in Costa Rica where he developed additional successful companies non-related to the security industry until his return to California in 2008.Mr. Webber is also licensed as a Qualified Manager in California to operate under the alarm company requirements.Mr. Webber's wealth of knowledge and experience in operating electronic security companies will bring the required leadership to launch a program of the magnitude that Eyewitness Surveillance proposed for the foreclosed home industry.
