Wrote entire HR Department Handbook online using Front Page. Responsible for the hiring of all New Seeds Division HR Managers. Also, 50% of responsibilities were in training. This included certifications in the following: Kepner-Tregoe Certified Instructor, Situational Leadership II , Myers-Briggs Personality Test and DiSC Behavioral Test administrator, and more. Did "weekly "Walkabouts" to talk with employees under my responsibility.

Responsible for #1 Product, Dual II, for the Agricultural Division of Ciba-Geigy, Inc. (later to become Syngenta). Led a team of three Field Supervisors who ensured: 1)safety and audit training for contracted facility's personnel; 2) incoming materials and active ingredients to meet contracted facility's line timeframe; 3) the facility's laboratory and 4)production lines fully inspected and tested ensuring full compliance for our finished product; 5) shipment to designated warehouses and/or distributors warehouses. Also responsible for meeting, and securing 5-8 ships per year in New Orleans, LA or Houston, TX for the intermediate for Dual II, which was pumped from ship to shore 100,000 gallon+ bulk tanks.
