D. Anthony (Tony) Wiseman is the owner of Wiseman Strategies. Wiseman Strategies is a licensed partner with The Predictive Index and was founded in Salt Lake City, Utah in 1987. His entire 25-year professional career has been at Predictive Index of Utah/Wiseman Strategies. Predictive Index is among the leaders of their industry in solving “people problems”. Helping clients become more objective in their ability to hire, manage and retain the most valuable asset; their people. The vast majority of his work is with financial institutions, mostly community banks, across the United States. However, he also has extensive experience working with automobile dealerships, manufacturing, retail, tech companies, and call centers.He has facilitated hundreds of training classes, seminars, and private coaching sessions over the past 20 years with Executives and Managers helping them become better communicators, influencers, coaches and leaders. Tony has been married to his High School sweetheart for 28 years and has 2 adult children. He is extremely involved in his community athletic programs coaching baseball and football.
