Responsibilities:1. Manage PMO (Project Management Organization) and department planning.2. PM hiring and training as well as resource allocation.3. Provide support to PM’s to insure timelines are met, part qualification, quality (cosmetic and reliability) requirements are met.4. Costing orientated.Main Achievements:1. Developed PROJECT TRACKER that includes all history of a project.2. SKG T5 neckband, manufacturing cost reduced 10% in one month.3. Developed project management procedure, defining the main work at each phase and direct responsible indicator.

Responsibilities:1. Work with marketing teams supporting the management of the design of new projects from initial concept through sampling and into mass production.2. Review of design concepts, design intent, application, reliability requirements, tooling and costing.3. Develop and manage the project timelines to support part qualification, pilot runs and initial production runs.4. Responsible for meeting delivery and quality requirements at initial production runs.
