CRM direction covers customer analytics, customer segmentation, customer response model, cross-sell model and etc. Risk direction covers ABC score card (Application, Behavior, Collection and Marketing) and IRB (PD, LGD and EAD) of Basil II. • Responsible for promoting, designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project. Such as marketing strategy, business process, customer analysis, campaign management, sale forced automation, CRM system implementation and etc.• Responsible for promoting, designing and implementing SAS total solution. Support the whole team of SAS technology. Responsible for cooperating with strategic partner SAS. • Responsible for promoting, designing and implementing Project Management solution. Responsible for improving some projects management' capability. Also responsible for project management as the project manager, including project plan and control, cross-team management and customer communication.• Responsible keep good relationship with the big, rich and strategic customers, catch and develop the opportunities from the customers.

• Responsible for risk and CRM solution, data management and data analytical projects for Consumer Finance business worldwide.• Responsible for pre-sale, designing and implementing the solution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the campaign management, analytical CRM, operational CRM and sale forced automation, risk management for Consumer Finance business worldwide.• Responsible for global finance CRM products, Global Campaign Management System, including SAS version, SAS workflow version and JAVA version.• Responsible for data management projects.
