Conduct in-depth analysis of PV Solar and BESS industry dynamics, gather and analyze data from leading enterprises, and track industry development trends. Generate regular reports on market dynamics, competitive product analysis, and formulate product mix and pricing strategies for different regions(Western Europe).2. Drive overseas market expansion, manage sales channels, and oversee regional sales operations. Take charge of overseas sales, profitability, and payment collection processes.3. Establish and lead business teams in strategic regions/countries. Provide oversight for overseas staff training, performance evaluations, motivation initiatives, team empowerment, and overall team management.4. Develop key customer relationships, coordinate high-level engagements, manage critical projects, and ensure successful project execution.5.
