I am currently a supervisor (newly promoted) at BBW. I have grown from floor-set to Sales Associate to SLT and now a Supervisor, in less than 2 years. My journey while short, has been filled with so many learning experiences by wonderful team members. I have experience in sales, customer relations, floor- set, management, inventory management, shipment processing, opening/ closing routines and reading/ understanding reports. I have 20+ years experience in the healthcare field. I have held a management position of 80+ employees and over 200 patients at a time. This includes schedules for employees and patients, accommodating insurance companies and secondary agencies. Maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual documents for patients to keep their benefits. I conducted state regulated/mandated evaluations on patients and employees, while retaining the proper documentation for employment and to maintain benefits for patients.
