I proactively engage and conduct team coordination efforts to accomplish company logistic demands. Functional management areas are processing purchase orders, tracking product, balancing budgets requirements to business and customer demands, develop and support cross functional team operations between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Care teams. As the primary leader in my function groups I ensure alignment between these SASS teams to obtain optimal results in meeting business needs and customer demands. Effectively support consumer order spikes while maintaining current/anticipated customer demand.•Introduction to projects for the USDC•Track internal/external shipping & receiving, warehouse orders, backorders, production schedules, raw material & inventory supply pipeline, and customer open orders to provide detail reports to Sales teams and Executive staff members.•Effectively maintain a positive customer relation as the primary contact for customers for Planning/Purchasing.•Engaged with USDC, Plymouth and direct ship warehouses to meet MABDs (Must Arrive by Dates).•Support and manage ATP (Available to Promise) quality testing and implementation of inventory control to optimal customer satisfaction. •Coordinate and assist with transportation logistic pickup and delivery schedules.•Develop and sustain current and new SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) of resource availability, shortages/overages, and operation constraints.•Monitor fill rates to lead time planning and customer expectations.•Establish and support priorities of Sales orders from the Production and Product Planning teams.•Support the Accounting team on issuing return goods forms, issue credit/re-bill invoices, •SIOP (Supply Inventory Operations Planning) by ensuring production line machines and components are built to schedule via weekly meetings. •Address business, personnel, and operations conflicts to support a lean operation in a functional environment
