I am currently serving as a Customer Service Representative III in our product application business. I work closely as an advocate for customers within Arclin’s supply chain supporting our Surfaces platform. While Working at Arclin I have mastered use of JDE for order entry and research of product availability by effectively managing customers’ orders, needs, and expectations. I actively participate in daily Manufacturing calls with Plant Managers, Quality Control Representative, Operations Manager, Shipping Coordinator, and Product Supply Planner, and serve as liaison between Technical Sales, Business Teams, Product Supply Planner, and Shipping Coordinator to address and resolve issues related to order arrangements and documentation.

I served in customer service roles to support Eastman’s distributor chemistry sales and large accounts within Eastman’s plasticizers business. I mastered use of SAP for order entry invoicing, order tracking, and other daily requirements, completed Root Cause Analysis training as part of Quality Assurance Training, managed Consignment / Transport order with end of month reconciliation, and managed / mentored four Limited Service Employees and one full time employee. I also mastered use of Salesforce and trained CSRs across corporate organization and performed daily task in Salesforce such as logging significant customer interactions, sharing intelligent information to help shape decisions, strategies, tactics, and capturing upselling opportunities to share with business.
