Unless the team understands a high level overview of the entire organization it’s impossible to get everyone on the same page.2️⃣ Run the questions – the art of asking the right questions is underrated which leaves the organization with Operational redundancy and inefficiencies. I question the hell out of everything because without this level of curiosity, we will never discover the processes that are impacting the bottom line.3️⃣ Let’s Own It – Engagement impacts every part of the organization, from operational efficiency to client retention and employee experience. If every stakeholder is not owning their domain of expertise , Houston…we have a problem.4️⃣ Don’t Lose Why - Here is the problem for most of us operators - our strength to execute flawlessly sets us up to fail when communicating the why and staying aligned to our North Star.
