Budget control, staffing, manage approximately 15 employees. Work with Medical Director, monthly QA reports, multiple weekly reports. Supervise between 10-12 procedures daily. Work as circulating nurse and post op recovery nurse daily. Keep a log of all QA items required to be checked on daily basis. Order medical supplies as needed. Order medications as needed. Monitor all employees credentials, do yearly evals on every employee. Work closely with our referring physicians to ensure that all patients scheduled to be seen in a timely manner

Surgery circulator, post op recovery nurse when needed,worked in ICU, ER and on med/surg floor. Worked as charge nurse,admit patients, start IVs, administer medications and other orders as prescribed by the attending physician. Discharge planning and teaching with patients and family members.

Check patients in, ask about medical history, administer medications and booster vaccinations as prescribed by physician, discharge teaching with the family members.
