My experience interning at the Orange County Public Defender’s office had given me insight into cases of discrimination and criminal proceedings. Being the Social Justice Facilitator at CSUF, I have been given the responsibility to promote awareness of systematic discrimination and raise issues of diversity among my college. Working with kids has taught me numerous lessons on the importance of communication.These different positions have provided me with remarkable insight into the civil rights and humanitarian conflicts in today’s world. I aim to attend law school and help people who have not been given their fair chance in society.
