As an Office Manager I’m responsible for providing financial information and requesting disbursements for the preparation of payments. I summarize current financial status by collecting information; prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and reconciling bank accounts. I reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting, analyzing and documenting account information. I manage contracts; including accurate and timely administration of bids, awards and customer service initiatives. I work with Company departments to assure good customer relations and compliance with contract terms. I contribute to team effort by accomplishing successful results.

As a Safety observer I would ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local safety and health laws and regulations. I supported Unicco’s Environmental Safety & Health policies and procedures. I encouraged the practice of personal accountability for employees and contractors. I ensured that all employees were provided with adequate and appropriate safety and health training, conducted audits/inspections to assess program effectiveness and compliance, made recommendations to the safety manager for the correction of hazards, provided assistance, advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on safety and health matters. I maintained required recordkeeping and program documentation, assessed and analyzed operations and data to determine trends so I could addressed problem areas and compliment when safety is done correctly.

As a Safety Director I met with local hospital and medical facility personnel so they would be familiar with me as a contact for the care of Fagen, Inc. employees who were injured and in need of medical treatment. I Conducted safety orientations to all new hire, rehire, transfer employees and Fagen, Inc. subcontractors. I Conducted on-site drug testing for all new hire, rehire, transfer employees and subcontractors. Investigated all near miss incidents and accidents, assisted with conducting daily safety audits for Fagen, Inc. employees and subcontractors. After review of audits I would recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities and offer prevention measures to the site Supervisor and the subcontractor Safety Director.

I handled telephone calls and relayed messages, overseen office's filing and record management needs, attended meetings, took minutes of meetings and ensured that they were recorded properly and distributed as instructed. I handled all administrative activities related to payroll, processing payroll on a regular basis for Region 10 in Nebraska. I supported our safety team by certifying employees for 10 & 30 Hour OSHA requirements, helped develop safety policies and procedures, organized team meetings & coordinated audits and inspections to track corrective actions and incident data.
