Payroll, answering customers calls, faxing/sending bid request and invoices, scheduling inspections, dispatching jobs to workers, creating/maintaining an organizational system to file customers information, communicating with companies in order to make sure all jobs were completed and our company was paid on time, taking deposits to bank, entering timesheets, and all other office/clerical duties.
