• Led the Latin America PSG Channel Inventory reporting process; submitted weekly reports following world-wide guidelines to the Americas SPO organization.• Provided Latin America SPO Management support for three sub regions (Mexico, Brazil, and Multi-Country Area (MCA)) by managing and coordinating weekly SPO revenue forecasts and making weekly updates to the Latin America SPO Dashboard.• Acted as liaison between SPO Americas and the three Latin America sub region finance teams; responsible to communicate forecasts, challenges Latin America region had to the Americas region.• Managed month-end close process, weekly reports, financial P&L forecast, and actuals reporting to management for the Regional Channel Sales organization from 2005 -2010, as well as ensuring approx. $8 million in accruals were 100% reconciled. Net revenue for the organization was approx. $270 million.

• Monitored $17 million credit lines for accounts receivables of major distributors in Latin America Division.• Owned the process of back-end rebates for the Regional Channel accounts including the auditing of the claims, preparing credit memos, timely processing, and application of the credits to the account.• Improved accounts receivable and reconciliation process by maintaining communication with the customers’ finance and sales departments while working internally with the Regional Channel Sales and Operations teams.• Provided support to all Regional Channel Sales finance, including Credit and Collections team and Controllership.
