In 2017 my team achieved a 2.4 million dollar increase in revenue and top ancillary product attachment with an increase of $500,000 dollars in total revenue which was top in the company. We beat our budget plan by $909k, and grew our portfolio by 3.5%. My team was the only team to show a profit in all 11 locations for 2016 and 2017. And to show increasing profits 8 years running. I was responsible for a branch with a portfolio of 6.6 million. Duties included training and managing 4 employees to meet and exceed company standards and expectations. My responsibilities include servicing my dealers and customers to ensure the growth and profitability of my branch. The portfolio includes a diverse mix of auto loans, signature loans and sales finance contracts. To be successful I had to control my losses and manage my expenses to ensure maximum profit.

In this position I was responsible for the day to day operations of a 55 Million dollar operation. Job duties included talent management and training of staff to ensure excellence. Centers primary function was account servicing and this includes collections and account resolution. Also responsible for coaching staff along with monthly, quarterly and annual reviews to include merit increases and promotions. This center at time of closure was ranked in the companies elite performers at number 3 out of 174 centers under my leadership.

Supervise the certified nursing staff to ensure we were compliant with company policy and medicare policies and procedures. Review all visit documentation to ensure all tasks completed were coded properly for billing and payment. Assisted with training and coaching of the nursing staff. Visited patients daily to assist with daily activities and evaluate for future care needs.
