Hello, my name is Tonya Fitzpatrick and I have a passion for sharing how you can start loving your body by experiencing life with more energy and less pain!After years of struggling with chronic pain, inflammation and toxicity that resulted in weight gain, I've found a natural way to feel great without the harmful side effects of pharmaceuticals. I've replaced drugs with essential oils and amazing breakthroughs in nutrigenomics and epigenetics to experience some life-changing effects on my health. Now it is my passion to share with others what I have learned about natural healing and replacing harmful, not to mention, addictive, pharmaceuticals with healthy alternatives. I spent almost 30 years in the corporate world as a business professional. I began to feel really burned out in that environment and my health began to suffer. Upon some deep inner reflection, I realized I needed to change my habits and use my energy to help people in a more direct way.I went back to school for a couple of years and immersed myself in the study of Human Services and obtained a Generalist Certificate. I learned a lot about prescription medication and alcohol dependence during these courses and how many of these issues can come from our childhood development and dysfunctional families. However, this was just one piece of the puzzle. I began to learn about natural remedies, like essential oils, for all kinds of ailments. With essential oils I was able to eliminate all the pharmaceuticals I had been using to manage pain. But, I was still overweight and had inflammation throughout my body. I was introduced to a cutting-edge wellness company and started using a nutrigenomic drink mix that activates the bodyβs ability to produce its own PRIMARY antioxidants at the cellular level. I detoxified my cells, reduced the inflammation and began to experience a huge change! I started to have more energy and started feeling great! I lost 50 pounds and now want to share with others!
