I work closely with our legislative counsels, Lehman Nilon & Associates, on copyright modernization and reform issues affecting visual artists. I've presented numerous workshops on neuroanatomy, journal publishing, metadata and copyright issues. I was a member of the host committee and workshop co-chair for the 1995 annual meeting in Cincinnati. Served as Salon Judge in 1998 and 2005. Received the AMI Outstanding Service award in 2007 and 2016. In 2018 was bestowed the prestigious Brödel Award for Excellence in Education.
