Corporate Trainer – collaborated on complete overhaul and continued updates of existing new franchisee training program. Initiated, developed and delivered additional training opportunities for multi-unit owners and for store managers. Programs included training in all aspects of running a successful franchise business. Developed and delivered in-person and webinar-based training sessions, including operations, finance and sales, which provided franchisees and employees with more efficient and profitable operations.New Store Business Coach – on a post-opening basis, served as the primary contact for all franchisee support inquiries and concerns on topics as varied as merchandise purchasing and inventory control, sales forecasting, human resources, finance and cash flow management.New Store Setup Team – worked on more than 50 new store openings.
