30 years of experience in sales in Industrial Automation towards Industry both targeting OEM, End-user and System Integrators. 19 of this years have been in a management position as a part of Swedish or Nordic Management team.My driver is to develop growth and people. Fore me this is a given combination for success.As a growth driver I like to be consistent in targets and activities but flexible in the way of getting the result, often by listen to people and take care of all experience and knowledge around me.
