As the CEO of the Great Commission Society (GCS), I lead an international non-profit organisation that responds to humanitarian crises in some of the world’s most conflict-ridden areas. With over a decade in this role and more than 21 years dedicated to the non-profit sector, I am deeply committed to effecting meaningful change through impactful initiatives.My expertise encompasses global leadership, cross-cultural engagement, strategic planning, and resource mobilisation. Under my guidance, GCS has expanded to 125 countries, becoming a reliable first responder for immediate humanitarian aid. Our response in Ukraine illustrates this commitment, where we evacuated 59,321 individuals (39% of whom were children) providing essential life-saving support. In just 31 months, we delivered 12,000 metric tons of in-kind food, equating to 19.2 million meals for vulnerable communities near the frontline. These efforts not only provide relief but also restore hope, embodying our faith-based mission to fulfil both physical and spiritual needs.Throughout my tenure, I have overseen 400+ humanitarian projects, positively impacting 1.5 million people annually through our educational programs. Our fundraising efforts have consistently exceeded expectations, surpassing goals by 65% over the past five years, ensuring we have the resources to advance our vital work globally.Navigating politically diverse landscapes and conflict zones has been a focus of my approach. GCS is recognised for delivering essential medical relief and humanitarian support, with impactful projects, particularly in the Middle East.Collaboration is central to my approach. I actively engage with stakeholders to drive transformative fundraising initiatives that enhance our outreach. My hands-on leadership style sees me working alongside my ground teams in challenging situations, reinforcing a culture of excellence that aligns with our values.
