• Lead the Professional Services Partner Enablement Program that includes working cross-functionally to set strategy, secure alignment, and define/design scalable processes• Oversee full lifecycle project management and overall solution implementation for Partner led projects• Implement repeatable and sustainable processes that drive partner and customer satisfaction and predictability of revenue• Create and maintain Project Configuration Audit process to be used in all WorkForce and partner led projects to reduce post go-live issues and ensure consistency across projects• Work closely with the Partner Program Teams across the organization to drive strategy, consistency, manage and track partner progress• Enable an environment of professional growth through teamwork and collaboration• Define, track and monitor team performance metrics that demonstrate expectation for team performance• Create and maintain KPIs related to success of Enablement teams and partner growth
