While at Vendors Exchange I help cut down monthly Technology bills by coming up with alternative solutions to some of the implementations we already had in house. Was able to cut our Internet bill in half, cut down on backup costs, and phone system costs. Helped Implement NetSuite ERP from our old ERP Traverse. I currently Manage and Maintain NetSuite ERP. I helped develop custom solutions inside of our NetSuite ERP System like FEDEX, UPS, and USPS Shipping integration going from third party software to housing everything inside of NetSuite with it printing to Thermal printers we already had in house. Saving the company around $10,000 for that implementation. Migrated the company to Office 365 with Barracuda spam filter which offered the company more features at a better cost. Also helped with a Merger of American Vending Machines joining them to our network getting them on our phone system and remotely supporting a second location. I currently oversee around 150 computer users between the two locations. I have also helped streamline processes around the warehouse and office using technology and AI saving. Helping employee’s free up hours throughout the day. I also have been working to integrate and utilize ChatGPT into my job helping me solve issues, reverse engineer code, building custom apps, and more!.

I was in charge of implementing a new forum for our Saltwater Reef Club (www.c-sea.org). They previously had Vbulletin and we moved them over to Xenforo. I maintained, updated, and troubleshoot any issues with the current forum.

While working at Datacore I managed all the relationships with our Customers, as well as sales. I would help and assist in the sales process helping bridge the technological and non-technological gaps and create solutions that would benefit our customers. I would also source technology devices such as switches, computers, firewall, monitors and more for our customers when they would be looking to acquire new hardware, Finding the best specs for the best price. I also aided the helpdesk when things got busy. I would be able to troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly for customers. I would also attend trade shows and events promoting Datacore Consulting and gather sales leads.

While working at Datacore I started as an onsite technician before the days of managed services. While working as on onsite technician I was also learning how to code HTML websites. Datacore made the transition early in the game to move to managed services vs bulk hours, and onsite support. I assisted in helping build the Managed Service Department. We converted customers from the onsite time to a managed service contract. After working on the helpdesk for some time I was promoted to manage the helpdesk. I would also work with our engineering to coordinate any technology projects. I also ran Ethernet cables for small and very large warehouses, as well as doing printer repair on any type of printer. I also had a hand in building Datacore's Backup Disastery Recovery Unit, from the hardware of the device to the software that would do quick binary backups and allow us to virtual a server within minutes, the best part was the Restore to dissimilar hardware! After the creation of the BDR I would go out and hold seminars on how it worked and how it could benefit your business. At the end of my first stint at Datacore I was helping with sales by quoting out hardware for our customers.
