My 28+ years of experience in Human Resources have been shaped by thriving in vastly different organizations throughout consulting for more than twelve years and working in-house wearing various hats. Industries have included large US-based manufacturing and supply chains, big-box retail, distribution, and global manufacturing. This experience has allowed me to gain exposure to several HR experiences and the obstacles presented, developing my background into some astonishing diversity. I am incredibly passionate and purposeful in the technical areas of HR technology, employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Parlay all of that fun stuff into the world of HR, and it has made for some fantastic learning opportunities! I am looking forward to using the things that I have learned along the way, reflecting on both successes and bruises to serve as guidance while facing new challenges.
