Responsible for the design, development and implementation of domestic and international HR policies, Global Rewards, Health & Wellness and AT&T Relocation

Provides end-to-end project management throughout the lifecycle of a project by directing the efforts of the project. Manages extremely large and complex projects, with multiple sub- projects, requiring senior level oversight and extensiveexecutive communications. Makes decisions on project activities to ensure the timely delivery of stated business benefits, comparing actual to plans and adjusting plans as necessary. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, tracking, project estimates, resources and status reports. Assesses, plans for, and manages project risks including mitigation and contingency plans; manages issues, jeopardy items, escalations and problem resolutions. Defines project scope and ensures changes to scope and deliverables are managed. Acts as liaison with regions, IT, vendors and others as needed, providing communication and status regarding the progress of the project. Collaborate in decision making surrounding RFP development, evaluation, and supplier selection. Develops ongoing relationships with suppliers or consultants. Provides direct support to organization leader. Responsible for developing and tracking business plan, budget and monitoring performance results.

•Provide HR support for Mobility Retail Organization •Primary contact to investigate and resolve HR inquiries directed from various business unit clients, union representatives and HR partners•Responsible for providing advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification, and guidance on a full range of HR policies, practices, programs and issues, along with labor agreement interpretation.•Monitor employee disciplinary process, and administer progressive disciplines and terminations in a bargained environment •Provide direction and expertise to a variety of business unit clients on HR issues, policies and practices and non-management collective bargaining agreements •Conduct Misconduct Investigations.•Facilitate Ethics, Sexual Harassment, and other Human Resource related training and development•Counsel managers on employee-related matters to ensure consistency across business units•Provide Training/Coaching to Management Teams
