Today PeoplePath (Conenza's successor) enables clients to succeed by engaging employees for life to build trust and enhance culture, cultivate brand advocates, generate revenue opportunities, facilitate rehiring and maintain access to critical knowledge.Prior to starting Conenza, co-founded Voyager Capital in 1997, a Pacific Northwest-based venture capital firm with $365 million under management, and served on the board of more than a dozen public and private organizations.Community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Fulcrum Foundation, created to ensure that Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle remain excellent and accessible to all.
